Happy Late Thanksgiving from Hannah and Kate!
This is a day to reflect on all we have and all we are blessed with. I'm of course so thankful for my family and friends. They mean the world to me. I'm also thankful for all that this year has brought so far. It's been so amazing. My sponsor brother and sister mean everything to me and we're brought into my life this year.
